These terms govern the use of sharkey.inari-lost-shrine.net. By using this instance, you agree to the terms below.

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using sharkey.inari-lost-shrine.net (hereinafter "this Instance"). This Instance is operated personally by the administrator YomiPlush (hereinafter "the Administrator").

Article 2 (Nature of the Instance)

• This Instance is a single-user instance primarily intended for the personal use of the Administrator.
• Use by third parties other than the Administrator is not encouraged, but federation (ActivityPub) and mutual delivery of posts do function.
• If users other than the Administrator register, the Administrator may suspend or delete accounts at their discretion.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following conduct is prohibited when using this Instance:

• Any act that violates the law or may violate the law
• Any act that infringes the rights of others (privacy, reputation, intellectual property, etc.)
• Posting obscene, cruel, or discriminatory content
• Unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, or any other act that disrupts the operation of the service
• Placing excessive load on the server

Article 4 (Handling of Content)

Copyright in posted content belongs, in principle, to the poster. Please note that, due to the nature of the federation protocol, posts may be copied and stored on federated servers.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• This Instance is provided free of charge, and the Administrator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of posted content.
• The Administrator shall not be liable for any damage arising from posted content.
• Posted data may be lost due to system failures, maintenance, or issues with federated servers.

Article 6 (Data Storage and Privacy)

Posted data, uploaded files, and other content are backed up and stored to the extent necessary for operation. The Administrator may delete old data at their discretion. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is processed and on your rights under the GDPR.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

The Administrator may change these Terms when deemed necessary. Revised Terms take effect when published on this page.
